First, durian orchards must obtain GAP certification

Second, durians exported to China must be frozen for more than an hour at temperatures ranging from -80 to -110.

Storage and transportation of durians must be done at temperature of -18.

The processing plant must also obtain GMP certification.

Third, each durian must be vacuum-packed and labelled with traceability sticker.
