Nexus Value Day 2018

Before we obtained our first ISO certification, we struggled to organize and manage a large volume of project documents without a proper system to control, distribute, and track them. Nexus Consultancy identified gaps in our processes that we had overlooked, guided us step by step, and provided practical advice. They made sure we understood the ISO system before implementing it. We were satisfied with the support we received throughout the certification process.

We have worked with Nexus Consultancy since 2018, and their guidance and training have supported our quality management system over the years. After maintaining ISO 22000 certification for more than five years, we decided to pursue FSSC 22000 to build customer confidence and support future business opportunities. Throughout the certification process, the Nexus team was professional, helpful, and always ready to assist. Their prompt support made the journey smooth and successful. We were very satisfied with their service and rate it 10 out of 10.

Before ISO 37001, we had policies in place, but needed a clearer way to manage bribery risks consistently across the company. Nexus Consultancy guided us in putting a framework in place and supported us in achieving certification within our timeline. My team found Nexus helpful and supportive throughout the process. We now have more consistent operations and better internal controls, which have strengthened our governance and helped build confidence among our stakeholders.
