BRC Global Standard Internal Audit

Overview

BRC Global Standard provides a framework for food and food packaging manufacturers to assist them in the production of safe food/ food packaging and to manage product quality to meet customers’ requirements.

This is an interactive course which includes workshops and case studies to provide internal auditors with the skills to plan, execute, report and action follow-up compatible with BRC Global Standard.

• To introduce auditing as a tool for the organization to monitor and achieve an effective BRC Global Standard Food Safety System.
• To promote objectivity and consistency in internal audit process.
• To help participants understand and involve in the audit process.
