What food safety controls should your organisation implement across the entire food chain?

This Codex Alimentarius HACCP & GHP Awareness Training Course introduces the Codex HACCP (2020 revision) and General Hygiene Principles (GHP). Together, they provide a framework of general principles for producing safe and suitable food for consumption by outlining necessary hygiene and food safety controls.

These controls apply across the food chain, including primary production, processing, manufacturing, preparation, packaging, storage, distribution, retail, food service, and transport of food. The course introduces the principles and guidance on the application of GHP as prerequisite programmes and the application of HACCP principles to ensure food safety and suitability.
