The course provides a clear comparison between MS 1480:2019 and MS 1480:2025, highlighting confirmed technical changes, updated expectations, and how these changes impact existing Food Safety Management System (FSMS) practices.

Rather than re-teaching HACCP fundamentals, the training helps existing certificate holders understand what has changed, why it has changed, and what needs to be reviewed or updated to support a smooth transition to MS 1480:2025 within the required timeline. This programme supports organisations in preparing management teams and process owners for gap assessment, internal alignment, and transition planning, ahead of certification upgrade activities.
